Over time, it became clear to Liz that senior living didn’t need minor adjustments—it required thoughtful reinvention. It called for hospitality, proactive wellness, financial clarity, and models that truly honor independence. At FellowshipLIFE, she found the opportunity not only to market communities, but to help shape a more modern ecosystem around aging well.

Her mission is to redefine aging as a stage of intention, growth, and possibility. She believes longevity is one of modern life’s greatest gifts, yet existing systems have not fully evolved to support it. Liz is passionate about integrating hospitality with healthcare, making wellness proactive rather than reactive, and creating financial models that inspire confidence instead of confusion. At its core, her work focuses on helping people live each day with purpose, clarity, and choice.

Professionally, Liz is proud to have built and scaled a $12M+ Home and Community-Based Services division that now supports families beyond the campus footprint—demonstrating that innovation and mission can grow together.

Personally, she takes pride in her resilience. Over eight years, Liz lost both of her parents and all three of her older brothers. During that time, she became a steady presence—navigating decisions and showing up when it mattered most. That season deepened her empathy as a leader and reshaped her understanding of aging. To her, resilience is not dramatic; it is consistent.
