Understanding your genetic make-up can make the difference toward enhancing and maintaining optimal physical health and wellness as you age. Fellowship Medical Group’s Personalized Genetics Wellness program combines advanced genetic testing with expert genetic counseling to help you and your doctor create a care plan that’s tailored to your unique health risks. Services are conveniently provided at our clinics in Basking Ridge and Denville, NJ.
Why consider genetic testing?
Genetic testing can uncover inherited risks for conditions like heart disease, certain cancers, neurological disorders, such as Parkinson’s or Alzheimer’s, and more. This knowledge enables you and your doctor to make informed decisions about prevention, early detection and treatment.
Genetic testing can also reveal how your body responds to certain medications. This information can help your doctor choose drugs that are more effective and have fewer side effects, improving your overall care. Testing is available for individuals 18 and older.
