Broadway Live! At The House Of Good Shepherd

The music of Broadway came to Hackettstown Live! in a big way earlier this month.

The House of the Good Shepherd retirement community hosted this unique musical event on its campus. Four Broadway performers were featured and sang tunes from a variety of shows.

The show starred Charissa Hogeland, who in addition to several Broadway credits, plays Florence on the hit TV show, Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Mike McGowan, a Broadway veteran who also has been seen on TV shows such as Chicago Fire, Law & Order: SVU and Madam Secretary, Jennifer Sanchez, who has also performed on the Tony Awards and Dancing with the Stars, and Brenton Cosier, who additionally has many TV and film credits.

The special riverside performance on a picture-perfect afternoon was held outdoors under a tent. The House is situated along the Musconetcong River and next to Stephens State Park.

The House is located at 798 Willow Grove Street and offers public programming and special events throughout the year.
