FellowshipLIFE Team Members Receive Excellence in Aging Services Awards from LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware

FellowshipLIFE is proud to announce Amanda Naumann and Lisa Panco’s recent recognition through LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware’s 2024 Annual Awards Program on February 7. This program recognizes aging service heroes who make a difference in the lives of older adults and their local communities.
LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware is a respected association of providers dedicated to advancing quality aging services through advocacy, education and fellowship. As a chapter of LeadingAge, a national non-profit, the organization works to advance policies, promote practices and conduct research that supports, enables and empowers people to live fully as they age.
Amanda Naumann, Assisted Living Social Worker for Friends Village in Woodstown, New Jersey, was awarded the Excellence in Professional Advancement award. This award celebrates individuals who have assumed progressive leadership responsibilities within a LeadingAge New Jersey & Delaware member organization. Amanda worked to build a shared vision, develop robust relationships and enhance organizational capacity.
In her role at Friends Village, Amanda assists with resource coordination for residents. She also serves as the support system for residents as they start their new chapter at Friends Village from the move-in process to a variety of life-enriching activities.

Lisa Panco, Director of Resident Life at Pines Village in Whiting, New Jersey, was awarded the Excellence in Leadership award, which recognizes individuals who have exhibited an exemplary career of outstanding service in the field of aging services, and who have enhanced the concept of professionalism by virtue of their leadership.
Lisa serves as a resource and companion to the residents at Pines Village as she oversees their day-to-day experiences and works to ensure they have a wonderful aging journey. Alongside her team, Lisa ensures residents are engaged with their community as she creates personalized plans based on their needs and interests.
The Executive Director of Pines Village, Brenden Garozzo, says: “Lisa is a true leader, who leads by example and has built a unified and positive team environment. Her team members love working for her and their success over the years serves as a testament to her leadership. There is no one more deserving of this award than Lisa.”
