Fellowship Foundation: Together we can make a difference
To support its philanthropic initiatives, FellowshipLIFE created the Fellowship Foundation.
The formation of the Foundation provides greater opportunities to raise funds to support FellowshipLIFE by enhancing communities through our life enrichment, health, and medical programs and offering support to residents and team members through various funding and capital initiatives. All gifts intended for FellowshipLIFE should be directed to the Fellowship Foundation. The Foundation will accept and disburse all donations intended for FellowshipLIFE Communities, services and programs.
FellowshipLIFE continues to adapt and change to meet the needs and interests of its residents and seniors throughout New Jersey. The Foundation raises funds to support the ongoing improvements in our communities as well as our Health and Medical, Wellness, and Home Services.
Our mission
The mission of the Foundation is to advance the FellowshipLIFE mission by providing philanthropic support to benefit residents of affiliated life plan communities and older adults throughout the region through programs, services, and community enhancements.

Areas of focus
The Foundation focuses its efforts in four main areas of giving:
Promise Fund (Formally The Shepherd Fund)
Benefits residents who through no fault of their own find themselves in financial hardship.
Life Enrichment Fund
Focuses on each of our communities to ensure that FellowshipLife and the residents have the best programs, services and facilities, which would not be otherwise possible without donor support. Gifts can be designated to programs or capital improvements. The Mitchell and Ann Sieminski Theater is also supported through this fund. Gifts can be made to the following programs:
- Chaplaincy Program
- Sieminski Theater seat naming
- Main Stage Society
- Naming opportunities
- Life Enrichment programming
Health & Medical Fund
Helps to ensure that residents, clients or patients both on and off our campuses continue to receive the best care possible in the best environment. Fellowship Foundation with your support will assist the transformation of the supported living residences at our communities into custom-designed, state-of-the-art residences providing expanded services for all health needs in a homelike environment. In addition, we provide care and services to older adults throughout New Jersey residing in their private homes. Gifts can be designated to programs, capital improvements or medical equipment. Gifts can be made to the following programs:
- Home Care and Hospice
- Supported living services and equipment
- Naming opportunity
Team Member Fund
Disbursements will support compassionate and hardworking FellowshipLife team members who sometimes need support while experiencing hardship from a natural disaster. This fund also benefits team members who wish to advance their training, obtain additional education, or achieve professional goals to advance their career. Gifts to support team members can be made through our Grateful Giving Program.
Partnering with you on philanthropic goals
Through a number of different initiatives, the Foundation fundraises for each of the four funds. We invite you to support the Foundation in following ways:

If you have an area of interest that doesn’t currently have a supporting program, the Foundation is committed to working with you to help make your vision become a reality.
