FellowshipLIFE Adds Applewood Village to Network of Life Plan Communities

Transferring from CentraState Healthcare System, the community becomes the fifth FellowshipLIFE active adult community

Basking Ridge, N.J.– July 1, 2024 – FellowshipLIFE, a leading provider of Life Plan Communities, has added Applewood Village into its robust network of senior living communities, services and programs. Applewood Village, formerly known as Applewood, a senior community owned and operated by CentraState Healthcare System in Freehold, New Jersey. Applewood Village will maintain strong ties with CentraState as a preferred provider of comprehensive medical services for all Applewood Village residents. Applewood will continue to be able to coordinate access to CentraState Healthcare System’s primary and specialty healthcare providers, acute-care hospital, and other facilities located less than two miles from the Applewood campus. CentraState will also hold seats on Applewood’s board.

This transition officially marks the fourth community addition to FellowshipLIFE, with three other New Jersey Life Plan Communities joining together with the organization’s original community, Fellowship Village, over the past several years.

Applewood Village sits on a picturesque 44 acres and offers a wide range of newly updated senior living options such as independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and specialized memory care.
