Introducing FellowshipLIFE’s new community: Applewood Village

FellowshipLIFE is pleased to welcome Applewood Village as the fifth New Jersey senior living community owned and operated by FellowshipLIFE. Applewood Village, previously part of CentraState Healthcare System, a fully accredited, not-for-profit, community-based health system serving the central New Jersey region, offers independent living and a continuum of care in Freehold, New Jersey.

As Freehold’s only continuing care retirement community (CCRC), Applewood Village has provided seniors with the opportunity to live their best lives. Applewood Village has served Freehold for the past three decades as a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, partnering with CentraState Healthcare System to bring quality health services to their residents.

As a CCRC, Applewood Village offers a full spectrum of living options to their residents. A single-site community, Applewood has 300 independent living residences, 40 assisted living apartments, 60 skilled nursing apartments, and 11 specialized memory care apartments, set on 44 beautiful acres in Monmouth County, New Jersey. They also offer short-term rehabilitation options.
